Andre Vilanculos

Managing Director

More than 15 years in mining industry with exposure to various commodities including Coal, Gold, Base Metals, Uranium and phosphate rock. Advanced knowledge of resources modelling techniques . Sound experience in exploration management and coal quality from Mozambique, Australia, Indonesia and Mongolia projects Solid knowledge of production quality control and geostatistics.

Della Ussaca

Administration & Human Resources Manager

Della has been working in mining sector for more than 5 years. Deep knowledge of Mozambique legal and financial systems. Experience in setting up and administration of commercial companies. Solid knowledge of human resources complying with both Mozambican law and mining companies requirements

Tony Shellshear

Director & Global Head of Consulting Services

Competent Person in Coal, Gold, Base Metals and Phosphate. More than 40 years of experience in the mining industry, working in projects in Australia, Papua New Guine, Africa & Saudi Arabia Advanced knowledge of resource and reserve estimation and geostatistics.
